Excellent location for shopping and Christmas fair. Car park a boon.
During our stay ( an extended weekend) breakfast was chaotic on Saturday and Sunday. On Sunday we could not get a table or service although we had booked breakfast in advance.

I returned to my room after a day working at 5pm to find my room had not been made up by housekeeping.There was a conference on so I paid a very high rate for our rooms.If you are going to lift your prices then lift your service levels please.

I loved how easy it was to stroll to places like Brunswick Cathedral and the Happy RIZZI House, both just a short walk away, making my city explorations so convenient, and the friendly staff added to the cute atmosphere, making my stay even better.

A decent experience overall. The hotel has a great central location and wonderful staff. The A/C was inadequate, making the stay a bit uncomfortable at night. The breakfast was satisfying, and the atmosphere was pleasant despite a few hiccups with parking fees.
